Our chefs are creating a 3-course meal with all local produce with a surprise twist thrown in for hors d'oeuvres

Raspberry Wine Poached Beet Salad with goat cheese, shaved radish, micro arugula & honey lemon thyme vinaigrette

Alberta beef braised in Fireside Winery Cherry wine, with roasted carrots glazed in smoked Greidanus honey. Roasted garlic and onion whipped potatoes with pickled strawberry puree

Dessert
Saskatoon Berry Pavlova with a hint of rosemary from Twilight Herbs and Garlic and Black Currant Wine from Fireside Winery
